Registration is compulsory to attend ICAISE 2020. The registration of author and presenter only are based on the fact that their full papers or abstracts are accepted by the conference after review.

For listeners who are interested in attending ICAISE 2020 with no publication and presentation, please register directly via Online Registration System, the conference secretariat at icaise@academic.net will contact you after receiving your registration.

1. Student rate is given to the author(s) of a paper whose first author/presenter is a student with student card.
2. All the authors are welcome to join in IACSIT and enjoy member discount. 
3. If the length of the full paper exceeds 5 pages, the cost of each extra page is 60 USD/page. 
4. Each paid registration covers only one paper; Additional paper price is only applicable to the same first author who already has a regular registration.
5. Onsite registration are applicable to presenter only (abstract submission) and listeners. If you would like to register onsite, you are required to give us a notice before August 1st, 2020 for preparing you materials.
6. On August 9, 2020, an optional Social Program will be arranged. Participants will be charged an additional 80 USD for it.

Cancellation of paid registration is possible under the terms listed below:

* 20 days ahead of the conference: 30 USD cancellation fee.
* 10-20 days ahead of the conference: cancellation fee of 20% of the registration fee.
* Within 10 days ahead of the conference: no refund.
* Non-refund on delay or force majeure events including, without limitation, natural disasters, fires, earthquake or storm, strikes, failures of public utilities or common carriers, acts of war, or intervention, acts restraints or regulations of any governmental authority, including compliance with any order of any governmental considerations.

Note: Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email to conference secretary at icaise@academic.net.

* The participants are required to enter and exit the conference areas wearing the name tag, and not to lend the name tag to others. Non-participants are not allowed to enter the conference areas without permission.
* Please keep all your belongings (laptop, mobile phone, etc.) with you in the public. The conference organizer is not responsible for loss or damage of property.

* The organizer reserves the right to change the conference date and venue due to force majeure events. Authors are obliged to observe and cooperate with the organizer's decision.
